RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing customers with high-quality products. If any issues arise, customers can request a return or exchange based on the following policy:

  1. Return Conditions
  • The product is defective due to a manufacturing issue (damaged, wrong model, missing accessories, etc.).
  • The product is damaged during shipping.
  • The product has not been used, still has the original seal and packaging.
  • A return request must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
  1. Non-returnable Products
  • Used products or products that are no longer in their original condition.
  • Products without a purchase invoice or proof of order.
  • Discounted products or special promotions (except for defects from the manufacturer).
  1. Return Process
  • Step 1: Contact the Customer Service Department via hotline or email to submit a return request.
  • Step 2: Send the product back to TM Nails’s address along with the purchase invoice.
  • Step 3: After inspection, we will process the refund or product exchange within 7–10 business days.
  1. Refund Method
  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer or e-wallet within 5–7 business days after return confirmation.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
  1. Return Shipping Fees
  • TM Nails will cover shipping costs if the issue is due to the manufacturer or shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of personal preference, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
